Colomars

Colomars (French pronunciation: [kɔlɔmaʁ]; Nissart: Couloumas; Italian: Colomarte) is a commune in the Alpes-Maritimes département in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region in southeastern France.

Colomars is a residential area, located in a valley between Var to the west and Mont Chauve to the east.

The fortress in Colomars was built in 1880 and the Sirole chapel was inaugurated in 1857.

The current mayor of Colomars is Isabelle Brès, since March 2008.
