Commando 2: The Black Money Trail was released on 3 March 2017 in Hindi, along with the dubbed versions of Tamil and Telugu languages.

A sequel titled Commando 3 was released on 29 November 2019 in which Vidyut Jammwal and Adah Sharma reprise their roles.
