Copenhagen is a village in Lewis County, New York, United States.

[4] Copenhagen was incorporated on February 22, 1896, and celebrated its 150th anniversary in August 2019 with 3 days of festivities.

[8] According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 1.2 square miles (3.0 km2), all land.

The river passes over High Falls at the eastern border of the village.

Copenhagen is on New York State Route 12, Main Street, south of the Jefferson County line.
