Court Boice is an American Republican politician currently serving the 1st district in the Oregon House of Representatives.

The seat had been vacant since January 11, when David Brock Smith, the district's previous representative, took the Oregon State Senate seat for the 1st district after Dallas Heard resigned from the Senate.

Prior to his appointment to the state legislature, Boice was a Curry County commissioner.
