Crăcăoani is a commune in Neamț County, Western Moldavia, Romania.
It is composed of five villages: Cracăul Negru, Crăcăoani, Magazia, Mitocu Bălan and Poiana Crăcăoani.
The name is derived from the name of the river Cracău that runs through the village.
