Cynthia Hogan

Cynthia C. Hogan (born 1958) is an American attorney and political advisor who served as counsel to the Vice President of the United States, Joe Biden, from 2009 to 2013.

[1] In 2020, Hogan joined the Joe Biden 2020 presidential campaign as a member of the vice-presidential vetting committee.

In 1995, she assisted with the drafting of the Comprehensive Terrorism Prevention Act of 1995, along with six other members of the Democratic party.

She later worked as Chief Counsel to Biden during his time in the United States Senate and through the duration of his tenure as Vice President.

[3][4] After leaving the Obama Administration in 2013, Hogan served as Senior Vice President of Public Policy and Government Affairs for the National Football League and Vice President for Public Policy and Government Affairs at Apple.
