Czernice Borowe [t͡ʂɛrˈnit͡sɛ bɔˈrɔvɛ] is a village in Przasnysz County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland.
It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Czernice Borowe.
