Döwletli District was a district of Lebap Province in Turkmenistan.

Its administrative center was the town of Döwletli.

[2] On 28 November 2017, Beýik Türkmenbaşy District was dissolved, and its territories were transferred to this district.

The capital of the district, Döwletli, was transferred to the former.
