Daishō-in

'Great Holy Temple'), also called Suishō-ji (水精寺, lit.

The temple was the administrator of the Itsukushima shrine before Meiji Restoration forbade (Shinbutsu bunri) syncretism (Shinbutsu-shūgō) between Shinto and Buddhism in 1868.
