Dale McTavish

Dale B. McTavish (born February 28, 1972) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player.

McTavish played nine games in the National Hockey League for the Calgary Flames in 1996–97, recording one goal and two assists.

Undrafted, McTavish spent two years playing Canadian college hockey with the St. Francis Xavier X-Men before attracting the attention of NHL scouts.

McTavish continued his career in Europe in 1997, playing three seasons in the Finnish SM-liiga with SaiPa and the Espoo Blues.

Sheldon Keefe, who had owned the Pembroke Lumber Kings since 2003, announced over Twitter on May 29, 2013, that he had sold the team to McTavish.
