Dalila Argaez Wendlandt (born October 1969)[1] is an American lawyer who has served as an associate justice of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court since 2020.
She previously served as an associate justice of the Massachusetts Appeals Court from 2017 to 2020.
[2] She received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign in 1991 and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1993 and her Juris Doctor with high honors from Stanford Law School in 1996, where she was an editor of the Stanford Law Review.
[5] Her service on the appeals terminated upon being sworn in as an associate justice of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
[6] On November 20, 2020, Governor Charlie Baker nominated Wendlandt to be an associate justice of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court to the seat vacated by Barbara Lenk who retired on December 1, 2020.
