Damian-Cristian Strătilă (born 28 July 1996) is a Romanian rugby union football player.

He plays as a flanker for professional SuperLiga club Timișoara Saracens.

Damian-Cristian is the younger brother of former Steaua teammate Sabin Strătilă.
