Dana Kafer

[1] Kafer sustained a shoulder injury during a football game in October 1901 that kept him out of the lineup for the remainder of the season.

[2] He scored three touchdowns in Princeton's 1903 victory over Cornell.

Kafer was also employed as a civil engineer for the J. L. Mott Iron Works in Trenton.

He was married to Lyda Elsie Pierson Kafer.

In 1937, he died of a heart attack at his home in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, at age 57.
