Danghara District or Nohiya-i Danghara (Russian: Дангаринский район; Tajik: Ноҳияи Данғара) is a district in Khatlon Region, Tajikistan.

Its capital is the town Danghara.

The population of the district is 161,000 (January 2020 estimate).
