[21][22] For her performances setting two Russian records and winning two gold medals as a 16-year-old in the senior international competition, Swimming World named her as one of "The Young Talents" for the Championships.
[23] In late November, Klepikova was announced to the roster for Russia at the 2021 World Short Course Championships to be held at Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates in mid-December.
