Darius Kilgo (born December 14, 1991) is an American former professional football defensive tackle.

Kilgo was selected in the sixth round (203rd overall) by the Denver Broncos in the 2015 NFL draft.

Kilgo's Patriots won Super Bowl LI by a score of 34–28 over the Atlanta Falcons.

On September 18, 2018, Kilgo was signed to the Tennessee Titans' practice squad.
