Dave Murman (born June 30, 1953)[1] is an American politician serving as a member of the Nebraska Legislature from the 38th district.

Murman was born in Hastings, Nebraska, and raised on his family's farm.

[3] Murman worked as an EMT for Glenvil Fire and Rescue.

He was also the president of the Nebraska State Dairy Association.

He was elected to the Nebraska Legislature in November 2018 and assumed office on January 9, 2019.
