David Affengruber (born 19 March 2001) is an Austrian professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Segunda División club Elche.

From the 2015–16 season he played in all age groups in the academy at Red Bull Salzburg.

In January 2021 he made his Bundesliga debut for Red Bull Salzburg against TSV Hartberg.

On 11 June 2021, Affengruber signed a three-year contract with Sturm Graz.
