Philip David Barker (born 22 September 1951) is an English former cricketer and field hockey player.
Barker made his debut for Suffolk in the 1972 Minor Counties Championship against Buckinghamshire.
[1] In this match, he scored 14 runs in the Oxford first-innings, before being dismissed by Bill Taylor.
In their second-innings, he scored a single run before being dismissed by Barry Stead.
He later played hockey for Suffolk, Eastern Counties and England (indoor international).
