Dežno pri Podlehniku (pronounced [ˈdɛːʒnɔ pɾi pɔˈdleːxniku]) is a settlement in the Haloze Hills in the Municipality of Podlehnik in eastern Slovenia.

The area is part of the traditional region of Styria.
