Debra Dene Barnes

Debra Dene Barnes (born September 6, 1947) is an American music educator and former beauty pageant participant who was crowned Miss America 1968.

She then earned a Master's degree in Musical Performance, also from Kansas State College.

They were quickly removed by police but drew coverage by newspapers from across the United States.

[6] Barnes won the Wadill Chamber Music Competition held at Pittsburg State University in March 2007.
