The school is located on a 12-acre campus in Industrial Area 16, Muwaileh Commercial, Sharjah.

The school is rated Very Good by the Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA).

[11] In response, Dinesh Kothari, the managing director of the DPS Group told Gulf News that "Delhi Private School LLC is a registered trademark under which we are operating for the last 19 years.

"[11][12] He also said that the DPS Group had won a case against the society in an Ajman lower court asking DPS Ajman, an independent school affiliated to the society not to use the name, and that the matter was pending in the higher court.

[15] On 5 May 2014, the school was awarded the Green Flag by the committees of the Emirates Wildlife Society (EWS-WWF) in association with World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF).
