Devine is a city in Medina County, Texas, United States.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 3.2 square miles (8.3 km2), all of it land.

As of the 2020 United States census, there were 4,324 people, 1,734 households, and 1,294 families residing in the city.

The city serves as the setting for the murder mystery The Lesser of Two Evils [1] by Zoe E. Whitten.
