Richard Ernest Woodard (July 26, 1926 – August 24, 2019) was an American football center in the National Football League (NFL) for the New York Giants and Washington Redskins.
Woodard also played in the All-America Football Conference (AAFC) for the Los Angeles Dons.
He played college football at the University of Iowa and was drafted in the 21st round of the 1948 NFL draft by the Giants.
