Diego Arbelo Garcia (born 19 August 1994) is an Uruguay rugby union player who generally plays as a prop.
He represents Uruguay internationally and plays for French club Rouen Normandie Rugby.
[1][2] The following season he moved to France to play for Rouen Normandie Rugby.
Arbelo made his international debut for Uruguay against Paraguay on 30 April 2016.
[4][5] On 21 August, he was also named in the squad for the 2023 Rugby World Cup.
