Diego Mesaglio (born February 20, 1984, in Luján, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina) is a well known Argentine actor and singer.

Diego Mesaglio began his career in television with an advertisement for Banco Río in 1991.

From 2013 to 2014, he was part of the cast of the television series Los Vecinos en Guerra.

From 2018 to 2019, he performed the play Se alquila with Chiquititas co-star Santiago Stieben.

Diego Mesaglio announced during 2016 that he had vision problems and needed a cornea transplant.
