Dipankar Talukdar is a Bangladesh Awami League politician and a former state minister of Chittagong Hill Tracts Affairs.

[3] He is a member Bangladesh Awami League Central executive committee and President of Bangladesh Awami League Rangamati hill district.

[4] Talukdar was elected to parliament from Rangamati as a Bangladesh Awami League candidate.

[5] Following the fall of the Sheikh Hasina led Awami League government, Talukdar was arrested from Dhaka in February 2025 by the Detective Branch.
