Dolno Palčište

Dolno Palčište (Macedonian: Долно Палчиште, Albanian: Pallçisht i Poshtëm) is a village in the municipality of Bogovinje, North Macedonia.

As of the 2021 census, Dolno Palčište had 2,563 residents with the following ethnic composition:[1] According to the 2002 census, the village had a total of 3,345 inhabitants.

[2] Ethnic groups in the village include:[2] According to the 1942 Albanian census, Dolno Palčište was inhabited by 498 Muslim Albanians.

[3] In statistics gathered by Vasil Kanchov in 1900, the village of Dolno Palčište was inhabited by 200 Orthodox Macedonians and 170 Muslim Albanians.
