Dom Aleixo, officially Dom Aleixo Administrative Post (Portuguese: Posto Administrativo de Dom Aleixo, Tetum: Postu administrativu Dom Aleixo), is an administrative post in Dili municipality, East Timor, at the mouth of Comoro River.
