Dominique Vian (born 25 December 1944 in Valence, Drôme[1]) is a French overseas departments administrator.
He is a graduate of Institut d’études politiques d'Aix-en-Provence ("Sciences Po Aix").
During his term of office, nature protection associations accused him of having protected poachers, contrary to the law, during the major annual massacres of migratory birds at the Col de l'Escrinet.
