Dorchester (federal electoral district)

Dorchester was a federal electoral district in Quebec, Canada, that was represented in the House of Commons of Canada from 1867 to 1968.

It was created by the British North America Act, 1867, which preserved the existing electoral districts in Lower Canada at the time.

In 1966, it was redistributed into the Beauce, Bellechasse and Lévis electoral districts.

This riding elected the following members of Parliament: Rouleau unseated on petition, 8 July 1875 Duchesnay's death, 6 July 1887 Sévigny appointed Minister of Inland Revenue, 8 January 1917
