The Doubledogdare Stakes is a Grade III American Thoroughbred horse race for fillies and mares that are four years old or older, over a distance of a mile and a sixteenth on the dirt held annually in April at Keeneland Race Course in Lexington, Kentucky.
[4] In 1997 the event was scheduled again for the spring meeting held in April, but was run on turf at a distance of five and a half furlongs.
[5] The following year the event was moved back to the dirt track and was run over a distance of mile and a sixteenth.
[6] The event was not held 2020 during Keeneland's spring meeting which was moved to July and shortened due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States.
