Downsville is a village in Lincoln and Union parishes in the U.S. state of Louisiana.

The Lincoln Parish portion of Downsville is part of the Ruston Micropolitan Statistical Area, while the Union Parish portion is part of the Monroe Metropolitan Statistical Area Downsville is made up of many communities.

23.9% of all households were made up of individuals, and 19.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

As of the 2020 United States census, there were 120 people, 49 households, and 35 families residing in the village.
