Dragan Šutanovac (Serbian Cyrillic: Драган Шутановац, [drǎɡan ʃutǎːnoʋat͡s]; born 24 July 1968) is a Serbian politician who served as the minister of defence from 2007 to 2012 and as the president of the Democratic Party from 2016 to 2018.
He graduated from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.
He is also holder of the diploma of George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
From April to May 2000, he served in the European Parliament in Strasbourg and Brussels.
In local elections in 2000 and 2004, he was voted deputy in the Belgrade City Assembly.
