Andrew David "Drew" Baglino is an American engineer and manufacturing industry executive working in the field of new energy.

Before he resigned in April 2024, Baglino was an executive officer at Tesla, Inc. serving as the Senior Vice President of Powertrain and Energy Engineering.

[1] Upon finishing at Stanford, Baglino received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering,[2] and became a research assistant at Resources for the Future.

[5] Baglino designed the dual motor system for the Tesla Model S, and powertrain control algorithms.
