Dughabad (Persian: دوغ اباد)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Mahvelat-e Shomali Rural District of Shadmehr District, Mahvelat County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.

[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 2,780 people in 915 households.

It was the most populous village in its rural district.
