Duran Ferree

[1][2] Ferree began his soccer career in the San Diego Surf youth program, later playing for Del Norte High School.

[3] His role at Loyal involved both training and participating in matches while concurrently managing his academic studies through a combination of in-person and online classes.

[3] For his performance in the 2021-22 youth soccer season, Ferree was recognized as the ECNL Boys Southwest Conference U16 Player of the Year and was named to the All-Conference First Team.

[10] Ferree, in 2023, at 16 years, 6 months, 27 days became the youngest goalkeeper to record a shutout in the USL Championship’s regular season when San Diego Loyal SC played the Tampa Bay Rowdies.

[19] He was also named to the Under-19 Men's Youth National Team's 20-player roster to face both Sweden and Japan in friendly matches in Valencia, Spain, October 11 and 15.
