Dwight L. Burgess (December 19, 1841 in the Town of Brighton, Kenosha County, Wisconsin), was a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly.
Lathrop Burgess, his father, was also a member of the Assembly.
Burgess attended Eastman Business College.
