Dylan Teddy Ngallot Mboumbouni (born 20 February 1996) is a professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Liga II club Concordia Chiajna.
Born in France, he plays for the Central African Republic national football team at international level.
He received his selection senior Lyon squad in a Ligue 1 match against AS Monaco on 12 October 2017.
