The Final Four, as decided from eight participants at K-1 World MAX 2009 World Championship Tournament Final in October, faced off in a one-night tournament to decide the K-1 KOSHIEN 2009 Champion.

On November 25, 2009, a press conference was held to announce co-promotion between DREAM and Sengoku for Dynamite!!
