East Fork, Arizona

East Fork (Western Apache: Hawúʼishįįhé) is a census-designated place (CDP) in Navajo County, Arizona, United States, on the Fort Apache Indian Reservation.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 2.9 square miles (7.5 km2), all land.

There were 228 housing units at an average density of 79.3 per square mile (30.6/km2).

16.3% of all households were made up of individuals, and 1.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

East Fork is served by the Whiteriver Unified School District.
