Easton is a village in Mason County, Illinois, United States.

[6] Illinois Route 10 passes through the village as its Main Street, leading east 8 miles (13 km) to Mason City and north 4 miles (6 km) to its terminus at U.S. Route 136.

Havana, the Mason county seat, is 14 miles (23 km) northwest of Easton.

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, Easton has a total area of 0.24 square miles (0.62 km2), all land.
