Ecem Güzel (born 23 February 1995) is a Turkish sailor who specializes in the Laser Radial class.

[3] Güzel debuted internationally at the 2009 Laser Europa Cup held in Scarlino, Italy, in her second or third regatta.

[3][6] Taking notice of Güzel's passion at international competitions, the Istanbul-based club Galatasaray Sailing transferred her from Bodrum in 2013.

[14][15][16] She took the bronze medal in the Laser Radial class at the Coaches-Pre-WM-Regatta competition held in Melbourne, Australia.

[4] At the 2024 Women's ILCA 6 World Championship in Mar del Plata, Argentina, she competed in the Golden Group, and ranked 39th collecting 289 points.
