Edniesha Curry

Edniesha Nicole Curry[1] (born July 9, 1979) is a former assistant coach for the Portland Trail Blazers of the National Basketball Association (NBA).

She spent eight years as a professional athlete, playing for the Sting, the Phoenix Mercury, the Los Angeles Sparks, and for teams in Europe and the Middle East as well.

[9] Curry played her final season of professional basketball from 2008 to 2009 for Elitzur Holon in Israel, and was an Israeli Cup Semi-Finalist.

[2] In July 2015, she joined the University of Maine's women's basketball team as a player development and assistant coach.

[12] On August 2, 2021, Curry was hired by the Portland Trail Blazers to work as an assistant coach during the 2021–22 NBA season.

[14] Curry led the Cal State Northridge women's basketball team in scoring for three consecutive seasons.
