Eduardo Ramírez Velázquez (born 15 September 1971), known professionally as Eduardo "Lalo" España, is a Mexican telenovela, stage and film actor, and comedian.

He is best known for his character Márgara Francisca,[1] his role as Germán Martínez in the television series Vecinos, voicing Evaristo in the Leyendas film series and being a former member of Otro Rollo.

España is openly gay.
