Edwards School of Business

Formerly the College of Commerce, the school was renamed in 2007 to honor N. Murray Edwards, an alumnus and entrepreneur.

Additionally, undergraduate students may also participate in a co-operative education program during their 3rd or 4th year, consisting of an 8 month work placement.

[7] On February 22, 2018, Edwards received accreditation through the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).

Achieving accreditation follows a process of rigorous internal review, engagement with an AACSB assigned mentor, and external peer evaluation.

Once a school earns AACSB accreditation, it enters a five-year continuous improvement review cycle, ensuring that they have the resources, credentials, and commitment needed to provide students with a first-rate, future-focused business education.
