El Cristo is a corregimiento in Tolé District, Chiriquí Province, Panama.

It has a land area of 31.3 square kilometres (12.1 sq mi) and had a population of 1,500 as of 2010, giving it a population density of 47.8 inhabitants per square kilometre (124/sq mi).
