Elizabeth Tower is a 153 m (502 ft) tall, 52-storey residential skyscraper in Manchester, England.
The building is part of the first phase of the Crown Street development area at the southern end of Deansgate in the city centre, behind the Deansgate Square skyscraper cluster[2] and adjacent to The Blade skyscraper.
[6] The smaller of the two towers, Victoria Residence, reached practical completion in November 2020.
[7] Elizabeth Tower includes a gym, rooftop gardens, and a 20 m (66 ft) swimming pool located on the 44th floor.
[2][8] In August 2022, NHS Property Services signed a lease on 8,000 sq ft (740 m2) across the ground and first floors for a medical centre at Elizabeth Tower.
