Elmira Heights is a village in Chemung County, New York, United States.
The Elmira Heights Village Hall was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

The Southern Tier Expressway (Interstate 86 and New York State Route 17) passes east of the village on the far side of the Newtown Creek valley.
The closest expressway access is from Horseheads to the north or Elmira to the south.
