As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 352 people, 119 households, and 98 families residing in the township.

There were 119 households, out of which 42.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 73.9% were married couples living together, 2.5% had a female householder with no husband present, and 17.6% were non-families.

16.0% of all households were made up of individuals, and 7.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

None of the families and 1.7% of the population were living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and 3.8% of those over 64.
